Michelin Trained Chef Andre' we'll be providing a Napa Valley inspired meal starting with a Fresh Mozzarella | Confit Tomatoes | Basil Oil, Duck Confit with Duck Demi Glace , Mixed Greens | Goat Cheese | Apple Chips | Champagne Vinaigrette , Salt Roasted Beets & Hazelnuts, Potato Gnocchi & Pecorino Cream, 3 Mini Desserts (3 per person included). Dinner will be paired with 2 wines (2 oz pour each) to go with dinner. Join Winery Owners, Diana Hawkins, David Eakle for the turning of the vines as we go into veraison. Additional bottles of wine will be available for purchase to enjoy at your table.
