This Chenin is highlighted with notes of Meyer lemon peel, candied almond, stonefruit, and earth. Juicy acidity is carried across the palate to the finish on the back of oyster-shell like minerality.
A delightful wine for any occasion, though one that demands serious attention. Our Rosé of Sangiovese is unique with bolder red melon flavors and great acidity.
A vibrant nose of strawberry compote is accented by sweet brioche toast and tarragon. Sangiovese's signature reduction is present in the '16 offering, but it takes a back seat on the palette to the wine's iron core. Well-balanced acidity ties all those earthy elements with the bright, fresh, red-fruit aromatics.
Softened from extended barrel-age, the 2015 offering is on the dark, dense-end of the Merlot spectrum. Framed by baking spices, namely cardamom, nutmeg, and clove, the wine's cassis core is persistent from start to finish. A touch of Manderin orange rind on the back end provides an unexpected aromatic lift.
This Merlot delights the palate like few others do. Dusty, earthy characteristics blend beautifully with the darker fruit components that Pope Valley is known for.
Classic red and black fruit aromas (cranberry and boysenberry) accented with bay leaf and Medjool date. Black pepper strings these fine flavors together. A modest helping of bourbon vanilla supports the finish. Dry-Farmed, rich and ripe Zinfandel. Limited Production.

Dried bay leaves, coriander, and English plum give way to savor aromatic undertones of light-roasted Central American coffee toasted pignoli nuts. Concentrated low yield vintage with fine-grained tannins
Deep, brooding aromas of Madagascar vanilla and mocha permeate the nose, while the palate is reliant on black fruits to carry the acid and texture with a soft minerality that comes through with the tannins.
