Tasting Notes
The palate is vibrant with flavors of strawberry cobbler and a delicate fine structure. The final impression is one of persisting flavors of creamy vanilla and morel mushrooms, and the classic grace of a great Sangiovese
Winemaker Notes
The fruit was harvested early, on acold morning. We destemmed into open tob 500l barrels forr fermentation. The barrel fermentation was nurtured with hand punch-downs and the utmost care and attention. After pressing, the ML fermentation was conducted in barrels for a silky integrated wine.
