About This Wine
Our 2011 Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from a Pope Valley grape grower with 94% Sauvignon Blanc, 6% Semillon and fermented in 100% Stainless Steel. Our Sauvignon Blanc will pair beautifully with first courses, seafood, ethnic dishes-pastas, curries, salsas, spicy sausages, vegetable dishes, luncheon salads, olive-oil based dishes, tomato sauces & goat cheese.
Fresh cut blackcurrant leaves combine with grassy notes and freshly squeezed lime on the nose. A fresh and zesty entry leads to a light, supple, luscious and lavish mouthfeel, and the wine finishes with bright acidity, vibrancy and great length.
