About This Wine
Our 2010 Sparkling Blanc de Blanc is sourced from our 2 acre lot of 60 year old Chenin Blanc from the Meyercamp Ranch. We made our Sparkling in the traditional French style called Methode Champenoise. Our 2010 Sparkling will pair nicely with Chicken in light butter, Caviar, Lobster & of course, Oysters!
The sparkling Chenin Blanc shows vibrant, small bead and a fine mousse with a clear, pale yellow color. The nose is perfumed, with apple, pear and tropical fruits complexing with aromas of savory, lightly toasted bread. The vibrant and effervescent palate shows guava, lime, honey, and straw, and finishes dry with pure citrus fruit and lively acidity.
