As a Pope Valley Winery Member you agree that you are 21 years of age or older and are responsible for providing accurate information and updating information as it changes. Inaccurate information and/or expired credit cards will delay your order, and may result in shipment mistakes.
Shipped wine club orders must be signed for by an adult 21 years of age or older. Business addresses are preferred for shipping orders. Pope Valley Winery is not responsible for additional shipping charges for misdirected or returned shipments.
Members who choose to pick up their orders agree to do so within 30 days of notice of payment. If you are unable to pick up your order within 30 days, your order will be shipped to you and shipping fees will be charged to your card on file.
By choosing the Establishment, Heritage or Reserve Club, you are agreeing to the selections made by our winemaker. We suggest you try all of our wines before requesting any substitutions. We want you to enjoy your membership. Limited substitution requests may be accommodated on a case by case basis prior to the order being processed.
Premier Members will be sent the selections to choose from via email, and must return your selections by the date requested. If no selection is made, you will receive the winemaker selections for that month’s shipment.
Your card on file will be charged prior to your Wine Club order being shipped and will include the wines at your discounted pricing plus applicable sales taxes and shipping charges. You will be notified via email approximately 1 to 2 weeks prior to the order processing.
You may cancel your membership by written notice any time after you have fulfilled your one year commitment. If you fail to cancel prior to your order and credit card processing or before you fulfill a one year commitment, you will be subject to a $150 cancellation fee.
