As a member, you must be 21 years or older and are responsible for maintaining accurate contact and payment information. Inaccurate or outdated information may delay or disrupt your order.
All wine shipments require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. Business addresses are preferred. Pope Valley Winery is not liable for extra shipping fees due to incorrect addresses or returned shipments.
Order pickups must occur within 30 days of payment notification. After 30 days, orders will be shipped, and shipping charges will apply.
Your card on file will be charged before shipment, including wine costs (at member discount), taxes, and shipping. You will receive email notification 1-2 weeks prior to processing.
Membership can be canceled in writing after fulfilling the one-year commitment. A $150 cancellation fee applies if canceled before the one-year commitment or after order and credit card processing.
