The Pope Valley Appellation is a prime region for growing Sauvignon Blanc. Higher in altitude and warmer than other Napa appellations during the day, it cools off more at night, making it ideal for many varietals.  Sauvignon Blanc vines thrive in these conditions yielding intense and flavorful fruit.  This fragrant wine offers notes of passion fruit, pear, and melon with citrus overtones.  Balanced between texture and acidity this wine finishes crisp with lingering flavors of grapefruit and lime peel.
