2007 Sangiovese

Bella Rosa

  Our Estate Vineyards thrived during the hot sunny days in 2007 to produce fruit with intense flavors and character.  Our 2007 Bella Rosa has notes of Strawberry Jam and Raspberry with a fresh, clean palate.  Although bone dry, a cool fermentation has allowed this wine to develop mouth filling complexity and richness. Those flavors were able to further develop after aging for 8 months in French oak barrels. Enjoy this wine well chilled with a Cheese and Dried Fruit Platter. Our Bella Rosa makes a great aperitif, or do as our Winemaker does and, “Drink poolside on a hot summer day”.
