Our Chenin Blanc vines are over 60 years old, yet still produce fruit with rich and elegant flavors. The three acre vineyard is carefully tended to by our crew throughout the year and will yield about 6 tons annually.  The juice is fermented and aged sur lie for 8 months in neutral French oak barrels in the winery's century old caves.  This wine was crafted in a style that showcases how complex the varietal can be with layers of minerality, stone fruit, and honey suckle, finishing crisp and dry.
